Terms of Service
01Eligibility Requirements
By accessing or enrolling in TeachBoost workshops, continuous professional development (CPD) programs, or downloading lesson plan assets, you affirm that you meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Professional Educator Status: You are a practicing K-12 teacher, Computer Science educator, Academic Coordinator, School Principal, or School Owner representing an educational institution.
- Institutional Authority: If registering on behalf of a school or district, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind your institution to these Terms.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or request official CPD certification logging.
02Usage & Account Responsibilities
TeachBoost grants educators and partner schools a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our curriculum tracks, AI classroom templates, and automated CPD loggers.
- Classroom Integration: Enrolled educators are encouraged to adapt ready lesson plans and AI prompts directly for their own classroom instruction.
- CPD Certificate Validity: Digital completion certificates are issued solely to registered educators who successfully complete verified workshop attendance and assessment criteria.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your institutional login credentials and restricting unauthorized access.
03Restrictions & Intellectual Property
All workshop videos, proprietary AI prompts, curriculum maps, logos, branding, and software components remain the exclusive intellectual property of TeachBoost and Codju Technologies.
- No Commercial Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly re-publish TeachBoost training modules or lesson plan packs for commercial gain outside your school.
- Prohibited Misuse: You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code or raw video assets from our platform.
- Automated Scraping: Use of bots, automated crawlers, or data harvesting scripts on TeachBoost pages is strictly prohibited.
04Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate platform access at any time in accordance with the following terms:
- Educator Deactivation: You may request account deactivation at any time by contacting our support team. Verified CPD certificates earned prior to deactivation will remain verifiable.
- Institutional Agreements: School district partnerships may cancel or modify onboarding schedules upon 30 days' written notice.
- Termination for Cause: TeachBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if an account engages in fraudulent CPD logging or unauthorized commercial resale.
05Limitation of Liability
TeachBoost services and pedagogical materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for professional development purposes.
- Educational Disclaimer: While our AI workflows and lesson plans align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 frameworks, schools maintain sole responsibility for classroom implementation and grading policy.
- Service Availability: We target 99.99% infrastructure uptime but shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance or internet transit issues.
06Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of or relating to your use of TeachBoost shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
