If you are accessing TeachBoost on behalf of a school, educational trust, or institution, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

TeachBoost is founded on the conviction that high-quality pedagogical upskilling must never be cost-prohibitive for educators.

• ✓ Zero Mandatory Fees: Core self-paced modules, live webinars, downloadable prompts, and certificate generation are provided 100% free of charge to verified school teachers.
• ✓ Eligibility: Our programs are intended primarily for K-12 educators, Computer Science faculty, school coordinators, and aspiring teachers in India.

Our WhatsApp educator network and discussion spaces are built on mutual respect and professional collaboration. When engaging in any TeachBoost forum, you agree to:

TeachBoost administrators reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct without prior notice.

Every certificate issued by TeachBoost reflects verifiable professional development hours and active participation:

• Non-Transferable: Certificates are issued uniquely to the verified educator named on the credential and cannot be transferred, sold, or modified.
• Tamper-Proof QR Codes: Each certificate contains a unique cryptographic QR code linking directly to our validation database.
• Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Any attempt to forge credentials, falsify assessment results, or alter certificate metadata will result in immediate and permanent profile termination.

All course content, slide decks, lesson templates, prompt guides, website graphics, code samples, and logos are the proprietary intellectual property of Codju Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Schools registering for campus workshops or faculty development programs agree to provide necessary classroom facilities, projector setups, and teacher attendance coordination. Bespoke institutional terms are detailed in specific partnership agreements executed with individual schools.

We strive for continuous platform uptime and error-free content delivery. However, TeachBoost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that access will be entirely uninterrupted or immune from temporary scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Codju Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

TeachBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
